Day to day duties include:

• money making activities ONLY - i.e sell jobs to candidates, sell candidates to clients and manage the process
• using our proprietary recruitment intelligence system to increase your outreach;
• creating and nurturing relationships with talent;
• social media posts and thinking of creative ways to reach talent;

What you DON'T have to do:

• cold calling (all leads come to you from the tech)
• Business development (we have positions that include BD; if this is for you contact us - www.wearetechheads.com)
• meet silly KPI targets
• unnecessary admin
