Livero Group are the first smart recruitment agency and rapidly scaling now in South Africa as well. We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our energetic and fun team of hardworking professionals in Cape Town.


You are the right person for this awesome opportunity if you:

  • are computer literate, ideally with database/CRM experience;
  • love technology and are not scared to learn new systems;
  • are process driven and have a logical/analytical way of thinking;
  • have an exceptional level of attention to detail;
  • have a desire to work in a sales role and are money motivated;
  • are driven and ambitious;
  • have a positive attitude and resilient nature.

Day to day duties include:

  • Using our proprietary recruitment intelligence system to reach out to potential candidates;
  • Creating and populating talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Correctly adding data to our systems with great attention to detail;
  • Social media posts and thinking of creative ways to reach talent.
